Pros:

  • Very easy to work with and good response time.

  • Quick response and proactive, you can tell the team cares!

  • Odeta's passion and vision. The teams willingness to throw themselves whole heartedly into their projects.

  • G7 Tech Services brought the breath and depth of experience and knowledge in deploying BOARD software to automated business processes.

Cons:

  • There was a period where they were short-staffed but nothing they could do about it besides hiring backfill.

  • That same energy and enthusiasm did also lead to us constantly getting pulled into new projects, last minute. Or being asked to tackle tasks that were dropped on our plates last minute. That in combination with communication challenges made things more difficult than need be sometimes.

  • Nothing comes to mind. They have a great team and provide exceptional service.

  • It's hard to think of one as we've done quite a bit of business with them over the years. Recently, it seems the turn around times on changes and upgrades have been lengthened a bit from historical perspective.
