Pros:

Overall Experience: I have done both a naming project and then a follow-up logo project, including business cards for one of my companies. Then, a logo refresh and new business cards for another company, and now we are working on an updated website for that company. Lynn is great and easy to work with. She put together an amazing team for the naming project; lots of people with different perspectives, but not a horde of people just throwing everything without caring about what they're naming like you get on those "contest" websites. The person (Kara) who did the logo and business cards is also fantastic; not just extremely talented, but also very easy to work with. What I like about Ink & Key, aside from being competent and easy to work with, is that you get the opportunity to build a relationship, so people understand what you're doing and stay plugged into it from one project to the next.

Overall Experience: I had the privilege of having Lynn as my StoryBrand Certified Guide at a recent workshop and was particularly impressed with her approachable and supportive demeanor. Overall Experience: I worked closely with Kara and the Ink and Key team on an ebook design for one of my clients. What a wonderful experience! We came to them with a looser-than-I'd-like design concept and ended up needing more revisions than we expected (that was on us, not them), and Kara was unendingly patient and communicative at every turn. Upon receiving occasionally vague feedback, she would *always* respond to echo and translate it to ensure she understood, and each edit was a spot-on improvement. Kara in particularly was an absolute peach to work with! Ink and Key truly understood the assignment, and we wound up with a finished product that's beautiful and high-value — my client is really proud to share it on his website, and I know anyone who downloads it will love it, too.

Lynn was amazing to work with - she helped me organize everything that was in my head/vision and distill and refine it into real, usable marketing. Overall Experience: Hey there, Ozzy here. I’ve worked with Ink and Key for a little less than a week. I purchased their name branding service and everything went incredibly well. Overall it was a smooth process with how Lynn and her team had everything set up. The more detailed you are with your mission, the more creative ideas you get from her team. For the price you pay you get incredible value for their service. Let's just say you can take as long as you want, they just want you to be happy. They have shown that happy clients are their number one priority. Her team does not give up on you, they will work with you until you are satisfied with their service. I had about 10 brains sitting at my table serving me, as I mentioned, incredible experience. So if you are on the edge, like how I was, I say work with them. You won’t regret it.
