We needed a technical partner to turn our concept into a product to lead the health and longevity industry. This was done with Pieoneers, with whom we shared several goals. Pieoneers excelled in several critical areas: Jevitty App development: Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android, Python, Django, and Google Cloud for the backend create a safe, user-friendly app. Technician Backend Integration: Their API simplified patient data, image, and report management. Pilot experiment: A React Native experiment tested the waters, followed by native mobile apps that improved user experience. Brand Creation: Their team helped us create a brand that reflects our mission and beliefs. Pieoneers used agile project management to be transparent and flexible. Google Meet and Jira updates kept the team informed. Despite a complex project scope, Pieoneers performed on schedule and adapted to our changing needs. Pieoneers has been more than a vendor—they've been a key partner in our mission to innovate in health and longevity. I definitely endorse their services for innovation and scaling.

We sought Pieoneers' expertise for the creation of a secure technician admin platform and the modernization of our website. Our aim was to enhance efficiency and security in handling patient information, while also improving the online user experience. Pieoneers were chosen for their reputation in handling complex integration and development tasks. Their portfolio of successful projects and a detailed proposal aligned with our specific requirements were deciding factors. Pieoneers handled the development of our technician admin platform, employing technologies like Python, Django, Postgres, and Google Cloud. Overall Experience: We worked with Pieoneers on our branding strategy, product plan, technology strategy, and mobile and web prototypes. Pledge Circle is a volunteering and donation platform for K-12 students and their schools. We are based in Connecticut and traveled to Vancouver to work on our planning and branding. Pieoneers ran a Design Sprint for us in Vancouver, after that we’ve been using email, Basecamp, Google Meet, and working on the rest of the project. As Pledge Circle works on raising investment, Pieoneers keep in touch and help review our key planning documents, and give their feedback. We truly have complete confidence in Pieoneers and can highly recommend them. Initially, we selected Pieoneers because of their focus on web, mobile web, and mobile app development. In the new digital age, as an innovative enterprise, we preferred to focus on a mobile-first strategy. Having Pieoneers on board is especially valuable to us, as we do not have any technical founders on our team. For us, Pieoneers has been a trusted partner, acting as our CTO and engineering department gearing up for our minimum loveable product on our path to PMF. Working with our US team, Pieoneers has now built us an extensive Product Plan, based on discovery meetings and Google Ventures’ Sprint process. During this phase, Pieoneers created a prototype of our platform, a strategic system architecture, and a technology strategy. Furthermore, they support and follow the leading technology product management processes to deliver the ultimate value to the customer. This cannot be overlooked. Throughout the whole process, working with Pieoneers has been reassuring. We loved the Sprint process, particularly the critical drilling down into user stories during prototyping, and the testing stage to validate the concept—before investing time and money in full development. They understand and support Needless to say, the scope of this project was and continues to be substantial. Together, we tackled everything from confirming initial computer logic, architecture, and diagrams for a new graphical user interface (GUI) patent, to carrying out all phases of development planning up to funding and execution. Pieoneers rose to the challenge, helping us with integration and back-end planning, mobile UI/UX, web UI/UX prototypes, AWS cloud architecture, visual interface, logo, and brand design, product strategy planning, payment systems, software as a service (SaaS) tools and other transactional tool capabilities. The global team at Pieoneers can ramp up development talent as needed to execute project goals, with worldwide resources at their fingertips. They have a deep understanding of digital marketplace development, the importance of network effects and the integration and execution on all devices and operating systems, including iOS and Android. Ultimately, Pieoneers are fully equipped to lead the development of a scalable startup vision like ours and were key in developing our tech stack, key frameworks, and our total architecture plan. They provided immense support and advice throughout, aiding our own internal development. Going forward, they embrace and can manage a remote distributed team, essential in today's rapidly changing economic climate. And they are eagers learners as technology advances every day. Overall Experience: We have worked with Pieoneers for 5 years on our GameSheet sports scoring app, which is used by more than 1,000 hockey leagues and associations across North America. Pieoneers began by revamping our original app to allow for many more users, with multiple modules including the iPad app, the webserver, the admin area, and the API. Pieoneers built a new system with a modern technology stack, including JavaScript, Node.js, Go and Kubernetes, hosted with Google Cloud. Since launch, Pieoneers has acted as our CTO and engineering department, pushing through weekly updates, developing new features and fixing bugs. Pieoneers also assists with product strategy, user experience, UI, branding and quality assurance. The new system has had 99.99% uptime since it was launched two years ago, our user base has grown 500% and our revenue has tripled year over year during that time. Our customers absolutely love our system - it creates raving fans with every stakeholder and I give Pieoneers my highest rating and fully recommend them as a partner.

Overall Experience: We've been working with Pieoneers for five years now, they have excellently handled a wide range of our technical and branding needs. As an academic project based at a university it's been great having a partner who can so easily shift and adapt to our somewhat different expectations or background knowledge, they have always met us with clear explanations and and an understanding of where we're coming from. Communication has always been a prompt and open, and we have regular meetings where we hash out both short and long term goals that meet our timelines. In addition they have offered us solutions and ideas that would not have initially come to us. This combination whether on the technical framework side, the web design standpoint, or even branding and marketing has been a huge boon to our project and we're grateful for the partnership we've formed with Pieoneers.
