As a small business, we needed someone to partner with for our new website. After talking to a handful of different companies that wanted more than $10k just to get started on the website alone, Social Firm provided us a wonderful option with their LiftOff program that not only allowed for an affordable solution for a beautiful new website, but also allowed us to have money left over to put into their digital marketing services too. It took about 2 and a half months for everything to be completed and we immediately started receiving leads within days of our new website going live, and 4 months after launching, the amount of business we are getting has seriously more than paid for the website and services at this point. Our experience with Social Firm has and continues to be fantastic through this entire process and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for web or digital marketing help!September 1, 2022

Overall Experience: I have been working with Jason Willis at Social Firm for many years. Jason has provided amazing design for many events I host through Jazz Arts Group. Jason is available anytime I need to speak to him and very responsive via phone and email. The quality of the design is impeccable. Jason really knows our brand especially after years of creating quality content for us. What he creates just "looks like us". At this point in our working relationship I just sent him content with an idea and he sends me back several mock ups to choose from, I am never disappointed. He also takes critique very well and this makes for an excellent working relationship.
