Overall Experience: Joel and the Karma Jack team helped me strategize what to do with my restaurant and banquet hall during the coronavirus pandemic. We started with a strategy session and he took the time to understand our business and market and came up with suggestions that have helped us stay afloat during the stay at home order. The company's knowledge of online marketing, and how to use Facebook ads and Google to reach customers is really impressive. We changed our ads and are seeing growth every week in our carryout and delivery revenue. I can't thank them enough for helping our small family business. They provide updates regularly and let me know what is going well and what they are doing to adjust our ads to make them better. It's comforting to know they are looking at things so often and working hard for me. I'm excited to see what they can help us do as things start to open back up. I highly recommend Karma Jack for online marketing and business strategy!
