  • The team is communicative and clear about what they're working on - what's working and what's not. We love their creativity with our Facebook ads, Google ads, and the landing pages that they designed for us.

  • Amazing communication, great strategies, in depth reporting, professional design.

Cons:

  • They shouldn't have taken on our account. The account is in worse standing than when it was handed over to them. Now that I have hired a new company and audited the account in depth, there are so many issues and changes that were made to explain our drop in performance over the last 7 months that make absolutely no sense.

  • They have consistently provided what they said they would and we love working with them! Nothing to improve at this point.

  • No cons to mention about Linear at this time.

Overall Experience: I've been very impressed by Linear. They're the second Google Ads agency we've worked with since we started marketing our SEO services through Google Ads (as Ironic as that sounds - we use SEO and PPC to advertise our SEO services). Our Cost Per Acquisition is about $100 below the target CPA that we shared with Linear during the setup process. It has, overall, been an excellent experience.

Overall Experience: Linear came in and helped us achieve record setting numbers for our Fine Arts Festival in Brigham City, Utah. they were able to handle all the aspects of our Google AdWords campaign in that it nearly doubled our site traffic and led to more artists and art lovers registering for the event than in any year past. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall Experience: I hired Linear to help with improving all of our advertisements from Google to Facebook. The goal was to improve cost per conversion and have positive ROAS. Campaign overall was to help improve conversion rate, lower conversion cost, and bring positive ROAS to Google, Youtube, Facebook, and Linkedin ads. It took a few months to get the results we were looking for. Ultimately the linear team was able to achieve the majority of the original scope promised. For Facebook ads, our cost per conversion went down nearly 62%. Cost per click also greatly improved. Nearly doubled our ROAS. For Google ads, conversion rate went up 45% with cost per conversions dropping almost 58%. Overall, extraordinarily happy with the results.
