Where is the NO stars button. This company is ripping people off. I called like 5 months ago. I had a lien on my home. I expressed to the person on the phone that I wanted to find the fastest solution even if it meant payment plan . She just used a script reply which I am now assuming they read the same thing to everybody that calls in. I just wanted to solve to my situation in order to move on the the refi of my home. Not only they did not advise me correctly but after they charged my card upfront and have collected from me for 5 months I have not been contacted by anybody not even updated via email and everytime I try to use the website it won't even work. The only thing they DID was to file and extension for 2020 taxes and it might even be my accountant who di it. The last conversation I had over two months ago with the agent on my file was very bad. I first got a guy who asked WHAT TYPE OF UPDATE YOU WANT? I literally said to him. The weather update and how about my case status. The guy was rude, unpolite and made the stupidest question of why I was calling. Maybe, they do other things on line too. I finally got to talk to the agent who called me back, said he did not have my case on him and now not even his email works it is bouncing back. These company literally gets paid to talk, pretend they can help you and LIE to people as they already know since DAY 1 if you even qualify for any type of forgiveness. Don't believe anything they say . They will keep on stealing from you on top of what you already have to pay to IRS . I without helping you , advising you or even solving any issues. I just cancelled my card and I cannot wait to start a dispute as they have failed to serve my case EVEN when I was clear that I was looking for the best solution even if it meant to start payments right away. Horrible service, Worst advise, NO communication, No customer service. Scripted and most likely to scam you . If you thinking about calling them DONNOT. You are better off calling IRS yourself. Overall Experience: 1. Lack of communication- I was told several times over the past 6 months by my Rep that I would receive updates within a specific time frame and I always had to follow up weeks after had I never received the communication. 2. Lack of professionalism- Many times I have been told “I don’t know” “I don’t know what to tell you” and “I can’t help you” after asking for assistance with getting updates or reaching Matthew and or someone who could help me. As I was told by one of their Directors that “the calls are recorded” so there is no denying it. 3. Lack of effort on my case- I never expected a miracle or a fast resolution but, I was told on several occasions that no one could speak with me because they are busy on other cases. This alone tells me that my case has not been a priority. This was told to me not once, not twice, not three times but on SEVERAL occasions. Again, all calls are recorded so there is no denying it.
