We selected XBASE as our managed IT service provider as through the RFP process they were extremely engaged and provided a thorough response specific to our organizations needs, not just a template response, along with having an opportunity to meet with the senior team members to understand their approach and expertise. Our onboarding experience has been exceptional. The personalized approach has been greatly appreciated, with one key contact guiding the process and working with us, and our previous provider, to make the transition as seamless as possible. The team is extremely accessible and responsive and are always available to jump on a quick call, or to schedule a time for a more in-depth strategic discussion. What we have gained through the partnership with XBASE is a much higher confidence level in the support available, along with expertise that we do not have internally. Having the full team at XBASE supporting us provides us greater flexibility, greater bandwidth, and provides comfort for the leadership in both the support for the teams IT needs at any time day or night, along with strategic advice and support as we enhance the organizations capabilities and infrastructure. For myself personally it has been great to have direct personal support I can reach out to discuss different options or paths forward and to have access to this expertise and experience to help guide decisions to those that are most appropriate for our organization as we progress forward. Having this expertise allows different options to be tabled that had not been considered or cautions to be raised that could have been missed. Entering in these partnerships there is always the concern that once the agreement is signed that the personal attention or accessibility will change, however with XBASE, this personal attention to our organization has been exceptional from day one. Overall Experience: XBASE offers Spinal Cord Injury Ontario a complete care, managed services for servers and workstations. This also includes managed infrastructure, VPN support, endpoint protection hosted virtual server and Microsoft support. XBASE is a professional company that attends to our needs in a timely manner and are always friendly and so easy to work with. When dealing with IT many of us are just not tech savvy and dealing with IT issues can make one anxious and nervous, XBASE takes away that uneasy feeling. XBASE gives sound advice and consults on next steps whether it is hardware, software, storage or whatever the project might be. I am grateful to have the services of XBASE at Spinal Cord Injury Ontario.

Overall Experience: I've had the pleasure of dealing with XBase Technologies for just over 10 years. In my business career of over 40 years, I've dealt with several service providers for our needs for computer hardware and software, internet access, data storage on file servers in-house and at their data centres, security and other telecom needs. I have found XBase head and shoulders above any other service provider I've dealt with. The most compelling reason to hire XBase is their first-class and timely response to any issues that arise, including -- and especially -- during off-business hours. The level of service and the competence and knowledge of their staff are beyond parallel. I know this review is glowing and over-the-top but I mean every word of it!

Overall Experience: I have been in the IT industry for 15+ years. I have worked for MSPs myself and I have used MSPs for service as a client. I strongly believe in the MSP model... when it is done RIGHT. Xbase does it better than anyone I have seen. Xbase has an extremely well-balanced team of experts who are professional and efficient at what they do. I am confident knowing that our critical systems are in their hands, and they have proven time and time again to be there when we needed them most. They know every inch of our infrastructure and most of the time they have fixed issues before we even realize they are happening. Our IT systems have improved immensely since we partnered with Xbase, and their customer service and support is unmatched. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their IT.
