Words do not exist that will enable me to endorse Lolita and her team strongly enough! They have absolutely CRUSHED it with our business. And the amazing thing is that we had been through FIVE previous digital marketing firms before we started working with Evestar. All five of those firms failed miserably, and each failure was more expensive than the last. We toasted well over $100k in total ad & retainer spend and were nearly at the point of giving up after spending too much time staring at ROAS metrics lower than 1.0 and conversion rates as low as 0.17%. It was insane. Lolita told us that conversion rate was the lowest she had ever seen in her career, and I think both of us were a little scared at the beginning. But... After spending five weeks implementing design changes to the site and setting up all the infrastructure behind the digital advertising and email, we finally launched in April. We held our breath! And then... Ding! Ding! Ding! Ahhh, that wonderful sound the Shopify app makes when an order comes in. Every ding produced a cheer and a high five between Meghan and me, and anyone standing within 10 feet of us! :-) Within their very first week, Evestar achieved a ROAS of 3.8, or an improvement from our last agency of nearly 700%. In a single week. By the end of that week, our conversion rate was within spitting distance of 2.0%. Traffic. AOV. CPC. Every metric was eye-popping compared to what we'd grown used to, and all of them have gone nowhere but up since then. In their first full month, they posted sales over 600% higher than our previous average month. In my first phone call with Lolita, I told her that it just wasn't working. Our previous agencies had been a disaster. We were flushing money down the toilet. She looked at me over the Zoom link and said, "Steve, if I can't do it, nobody can." She didn't say it in a cocky or arrogant way - just sheer confidence. And she has backed up every word with results. Now, we're scaling toward six figure monthly sales and beyond, and we've already achieved and surpassed our key strategic goal of making eCommerce a "needle moving" percentage of our total revenue. Her team is excellent, and we enjoy working together. They know what they're doing, and they take such a sincere interest in our business that they have become part of our team. The Evestar people are the Navy SEALS of digital marketing. And the digital agency landscape is a minefield of posers calling themselves experts in eCommerce and promising big results. We got duped more than once, and it's hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. But trust me, if you're shopping for an agency to take you into eCom, and/or grow your eCom business, Lolita and her team are the ones you want. June 7, 2021

Overall Experience: I've been online since 1996, so I'm very experienced and have had lots of success. However, I needed to take things to the "next level". To make a long story short, I came across Evestar and spoke to the founder, Lolita. Immediately I was very impressed by her. She listened, did the research, cared and seemed very genuine. I was very surprised since that isn't the norm these days. We communicated back and forth a few times and each time, I felt more confident with her and her awesome team.  So, I signed up and since then, there's NEVER been a moment that I had regrets or thought I was being misled or lied to. She and her team work hard. She is personally available all the time, nights and weekends. She's on all of our calls with other vendors and partners. Honestly, to summarize it all - she and her team treat my business like its their own. Which obviously means so much to an entrepreneur ... especially considering how successful they are all on their own. I know this is long review, but finding good people you trust and have integrity is hard these days. My only goal is to help people and I hope this review helps YOU to make a good decision in working with Evestar, Lolita and her amazing team.

Overall Experience: Like most E-commerce businesses, we were at a stagnant point where we needed to scale, but really needed a fresh view on what that actually meant. We did the standard google search and found Evestar in the top 5, but what does that actually mean? We jumped on a call with them and 3 other companies before making our decision. It seemed like the common ground with the other agencies was getting our ad spend UP to a certain threshold. They wanted us to spend money before even thinking through the goals or processes. When we spoke with Lolita on the phone, we were blown away. She took charge, told us that if anything they would be trying to lower our ad spend to allow for optimization, before just raising it. An ad agency is a huge gamble these days because it seems like all you need is a following and one success story to take on clients. Evestar is like having 4-5 masterminds on your team at all times and they are always in your corner to push for more. 12/10 recommend.

Overall Experience: The number one thing that has impressed me with Evestar is how incredibly communicative and hardworking they are. Since day one, they have been hammering down, setting deadlines and hitting them. Overall Experience: After launching our brand, we went through three agency relationships before finding Evestar. Since they have been onboard, our revenues have almost doubled, CAC is down significantly, quality leads up 200%, and we are on track to surpass our growth goals. They are incredibly engaged, scrappy and thoughtful about their approach. I wouldn’t consider ever using anyone ever again.

Overall Experience: We retained Evestar early on in our apparel company's history and less than a year later it has proven to be been one of the best decisions we've made. We have no doubt that Evestar helped take us from a small, "mom & pop" online boutique to a national powerhouse in our respective market in a very short period of time. As a new company with small sales and big dreams at the time, we started seeing results in about 2 months. From there we have literally been off to the races with our biggest challenge becoming having enough inventory on hand because our sales have taken off so much! Before we found Evestar it was a painful and costly exercise in trial and error to try and find a digital marketing partner. There are so many high-cost/low-return companies out there. Finding Evestar in the sea of "all talk and no results" marketing companies is nothing short of fate with a little bit of luck. However, from the first time we met with Lolita, we knew this was the right decision. Not only does she mean what she says , she backs it all up! Evestar's gifts of digital marketing genius needs to be shared because it can help so many emerging and existing companies put their dreams within reach, just like they are helping us reach ours.
