Overall Experience: We use this company at my work and now I understand why, I had a very pleasant experience with IT GOAT. After a quick call and fix for internet/server issues, I ended up having to call back about an hour later as my computer was having the same issue. Both times, Josh remoted into my computer and attempted to fix the issues. We spent about 45 minutes tinkering around and he was patient and tried various things to fix my issues, which there were a few. The issues were resolved. Thanks, Josh, and IT Goat for being helpful and patient!

Overall Experience: When IT Goat is in the store they will ask what needs to be addressed. During the week the response to a Service Ticket is usually within the hour. Service Tickets on the weekend does not get a response. When in the store issues/problems are usually corrected.
