ByteTime Computing has been servicing our computers for at least 10 years now and we have been very pleased with their response time to any issues that present themselves (which is not very often, thanks to their quality installations on our computers). They also have made recommendations and performed upgrades to our computer systems and server with very little downtime, so we were able to keep our business running without disruption. We are able to access our computers 24/7 with remote access with safety firewalls and security always kept at a high level. Finally, ByteTime is responsible and has been responsible for our data backup and server redundancy from day one. I would definitely recommend ByteTime Computing to anyone requiring Computer Maintenance, Installation, Internet Security and/or data storage.October 1, 2020

Overall Experience: BT guys are great to work with! They have an amiable team of computer gurus who are very patient working with our team of less technologically-adept personnel (shout-out to Paul, Will, and Noah... thank you!). The response time for service requests is almost always same-day and their remote control capabilities have been ideal for a high risk care center like ours. This is our first time with a real IT Management group and we have been nothing but pleased with our service. We currently use the top tier level of service and feel like we’ve gotten our monies worth as we’ve ironed out all the kinks that come with switching to managed IT. The cost and service have been a great fit for our nonprofit—we highly recommend considering BT!

Overall Experience: I used ByteTime for all of the IT needs at my orthodontic office and was very pleased with their service, availability, technical skill, and help to my office. From our network, data backup, new build of office, and any problems that arose they were always available to help us resolve any and all issues. Overall Experience: “For the past 19 years ForeSight Services Group has leased five separate office spaces, but in July 2014 we made an enormous investment by purchasing our first commercial building. We took proposals from three IT companies to design and set up wiring, phone system, Wi-FI, computers, surround sound, etc., throughout the building before moving our employees in. We hired ByteTime Computing, Inc., and they brought in their IT team to work on Saturday and Sunday so we could be open Monday morning to conduct business. I was anxious over the weekend, but Monday came and everything worked like clockwork. ByteTime did an outstanding job, and delivered on everything we agreed to. A very professional company.” More recent comments: We've reached out to ByteTime many times for consultation since our initial payment of services dating back several years ago, and every time they have responded quickly and professionally with direction and guidance.
