Pros:

  • We have been able to maintain a profitable ROAS while scaling advertising spending over a two-year period.
  • Provided pre and post-migration reports as well as migration guidance throughout the campaign New users have grown 15.61% year over since the campaign started New users to priority pages across the site i.e. Admissions increase by 28% year over year
  • Our website doesn’t support conversions; it’s more of an information kiosk , In terms of metrics, we focus more on Instagram and TikTok. There’s been a big uptick on both those platforms, but particularly with Instagram. The local community is much more engaged and responsive there than they used to be. The people who use our website have been around 90% pleased, which is good, as there’s always going to be some amount of negativity.
  • I won't talk about how we increased sales 2-3 times, optimized the cost of sales, utilized opportunities, or his deep understanding of advertising nuances—all that is already listed in his profile. Instead, let's talk about what really matters (which I believe is the most important): the attitude. Vytis's approach is super truthful (I've worked with many specialists who supposedly achieved a lot, but were impossible to communicate with). From day one, Vytis didn't overcomplicate things; we moved forward with what we had and didn't wait for a better time. He is super result-oriented. Working together (which was an interesting phase) helped me understand things I hadn't even noticed. He truly has a lot of valuable and good experience. He quickly advises what not to do—instead of burning money, he ensures better outcomes. It was an excellent experience; we really grew significantly in every way together. Vytis is energetic, quick, and most importantly, has a great attitude—a good partner in crime. Just my recommendation—ask "what else could we do?" :)

Cons:

  • When reporting on paid advertising campaigns is sent, the decks sometimes need to be reformatted for distribution internally. Company executives care less about niche details that are important to marketers, and are more focused around the "bottom-line."
  • None; Their deep understanding of digital marketing was impressive!
  • None that I could come up with besides offering a large bonus to the team that worked on sites.
  • I would love a monthly or even quarterly review of changes. My website is a couple of years old now, so it would be nice to have someone go in and see if any changes need to be made, rather than waiting for me to ask for changes. They could keep up the pressure a bit more.

Overall Experience: They built the site from scratch; we provided the information that we wanted on our site and they built the website around those requirements. They also created the layout and design of the site. They were also responsible for determining exactly what people who came to our website were looking for. As a retail environment, the main drivers to our site are people looking for our location, hours of operation, and the merchants and products we offer. 1 At Bat included all that information. They now provide hosting and maintenance, in addition to setting up a simple and user-friendly program for merchants that have questions regarding set processes and cost. Finally, they execute campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to drive likes and shares. We have weekly meetings, but they’re responsible for the majority of the content creation.

Pros:
The number of likes and visits to the website has increased noticeably. We used to have an audience of a few hundred, but for our major events, we now have several thousand. Visitors to our website want to know if they can go on it and find the information they require. Since the back end is technological, they are involved. Our website is new and responsive. Reviews that we've received indicate that they performed an excellent job.
Cons:
Not at all; we were pleased with what they've accomplished.

Overall Experience: Our website and social media accounts are managed by 120/80. Regarding social media, they ensure that services and posts are categorized correctly and that the hashtags contain relevant keywords. All of their posts include pertinent information such as the time, place, and people involved. In addition, we want to launch Google Ads shortly. All things considered, 120/80 works with us frequently. We have faith in them to have access to our social media and internet accounts. They also work along with our admin to fix issues as they come up.

120/80 helped me a lot. They did a great job and looked out for me. My company took off after working with them. It wasn’t long before I started to get noticed. I went from no calls to 4,500 views in 28 days. If 5 stars were the highest rating, I’d give them 5 million. They’re remarkable.
Cons:
No, I’m happy with everything. The best thing you can do is let them handle it if you want to get your business going.
