  • Focus on the process of understanding, assessing and resolution. You never feel as if the tech is rushing you through to move on to the next person in line.

  • They are always just an email or phone call away and prompt to answer

  • The return tech call and remote access of my machine to help me through the session saved time and made sure things were done accurately. A return call was answered immediately and I was helped through my follow-up question.

Overall Experience: Like all of the other folks at applied tech who support us, Nathan showed his competence by quickly assessing my problem, and implementing resolution. This would have been enough. Instead, he took extra steps to make sure I could perform all of my functions and also updated the driver on my network adapter. He stayed with me until we were sure that everything was correct.

Overall Experience: Trace immediately jumped on my computer, knew what he was looking for and fixed the issue. Then knowing that others in the company were also having the same problem, he found the way to fix the server so that when others logged in, the issue would be immediately fixed for them. He held the ticket open and checked with the other individuals who would be affected by the issue and did not close until he was sure all of us would be able to do our job.
