This company is so fraudulent and evil. In Dec 2019 Garrett Fields kept calling to try to get me to sign up to use their service for my one rental property. When I finally agreed to try it no risk offer, I gave him my credit card number and my bank flagged the company has suspicious immediately and declined their charge. I then checked here on BBB.org to find all the reviews of what a scam company they are AND that they don't have a license as of 2018. I then (within the hour) told them I changed my mind and would not be doing business with them. I told them not to attempt to recharge my card. A week later they tried to recharge my card and it went through. Chase Bank said it was an error on their part and to dispute it. I did, and Advantage Media Partners accepted the terms of the dispute. Then I got an email from Garrett Fields complaining that I disputed the charge after they were told not to try again to charge my card. They did zero work for me in the 1 hour time frame from when I accepted their no risk offer of working with them to changing my mind after finding out they weren't licensed and had so many people claiming fraud from them. Months later I get a call from a collection agency saying they sent me to collections (even though they accepted the terms of the Credit Card company's dispute and that Chase returned my money.) They sent me no email, no mail, no communication whatsoever to indicated they would then be sending me to a collection agency for $700 for no work that was done. It is illegal to not send notification of an attempt to collect money before sending someone to a collection agency. These people are pure evil!July 13, 2020
