Under Allison Allen as our project manager, BeaconCFO Plus's digital marketing results have been outstanding. Our Google search position went from nowhere (second page or worse) to first or second, depending on the search terms entered, and this happened much sooner than I expected, just a couple of months. Allison and her team have written copy, optimized the headers and technical aspects of our web page and helped us to understand best practices for digital marketing. Allison has consistently gone above and beyond to communicate with me, strategize and answer questions, sometimes in impromptu Zoom sessions and often by very prompt emails. We are getting superb value for the money we have invested with Company 119, and it is resulting in new opportunities as we come back from the shutdown.September 10, 2020

  • The process took longer than we would have hoped but this was in part our fault.

Overall Experience: Working with Company 119 has been a most pleasant experience. Nate is knowledgeable, communicative, detailed, and personable; always willing to work with whatever you give him and meet each of your requests or offer relevant options. Taylor’s design looks professional and is easy to navigate; she totally took what I envisioned and executed it. The design and implementation of the properties page was hit right on the nose and the difference in look and usability is tenfold. Our in-house responses have all been positive and everyone agrees that this exemplifies who we are and what we offer. We’re excited for the website to be live and for current and future tenants to start navigating it.

Overall Experience: Jim, our main contact, has been wonderful with constant communication and recommendations. Generally, we try to plan our internet/social media strategy as far into the future as possible, however, Company 119 approaches us on a monthly basis with recommendations and a plan of action that puts us at ease when we don't think of everything. The best part of this process is the solutions based approach they incorporate with their monthly reporting. At times, they highlight an area of our website or PPC campaign that needs attention and immediately offer an appropriate solution or plan for us to consider. This is extremely helpful because our main focus is, naturally, the operation of our business and sometimes our marketing efforts takes a backseat; this is where Company 119 shines best because our monthly communications help us sort out the details and maintain our long term goals.

Pros:
Company 119 is very responsive. They are quick to reply and quick to implement any changes that you request. They are very easy to work with and work hard to get to know your business, your industry and your marketing goals.
Cons:
I have zero complaints thus far! We did run into a few bugs along the way when they redid our website but the product that we got was so complex that that was expected. Every time something was brought to their attention, they were quick to find a solution and get it fixed.

Overall Experience: After getting an initial (outrageous) quote from another company, we took to the web and reached out to Company119. The Direct of Client Engagement reached out right away, was super friendly, and made the process seem easy. They did a good job taking our fairly vague vision and turning it into something we liked. Most of the time, they communicated well, but it was always a little tougher to get ahold of the designers. Sometimes we aren't as responsive for marketing work (focusing on OUR clients), too, so we dragged our feet at times. Ultimately, it was a successful project and we've gotten good feedback on our new site.

Overall Experience: We had a terrific experience with Company 911. They delivered on their every promise and were so fun to work with. They patiently taught us what we needed to know in order to give them what they needed from us and were genuinely invested in our project and in our mission.
