Overall Experience: Dan was extremely flexible with meeting the demands of our organization. If there was something he didn't understand about the industry he took time to learn so he could provide the best possible web product to make us competitive. At the same time, he took the time to show us how we could improve our copy and communication by describing effective strategies he's seen over the years from his relevant experience working with other similar companies. Overall Experience: Dan was very responsive and heard all of my requests. Any issues I had with the web designing process had nothing to do with his ability. That being said, he found a way to make it all work with the options we had and I am very satisfied.
