  • I had a design in mind and LiveWebMedia made it a reality. It was my expectation that a website would cost a fortune, but I was pleasantly surprised with overalll affordability. I do also have to mention that their staff is extremely creative and attentive.

  • Nothing. I’ve tried other places and have things I didn’t like, but I was and continue to be very happy with what I’m getting.

Pros:
The price, it was too good to be true. And it wasn't!
Cons:
POS needs to not over promise. If they can't build something or it is very difficult they need to be honest up front in the beginning. Customer service needs to be reasonably smart. Repeating verbatim what the customers says over and over but not understanding it, is very aggravating for a very busy business owner. Our time is money don't waist it.

Project Summary: The service is horrendous, the site they built is poor quality and not very user friendly. The overall experience with them was frustrating and exhausting! I'm stuck with them till we can get another site built. I would advise spending more money with a company that understand your business, these people after building the site and working with our products for almost a year are still clueless.
