As I grow my business, it was important for me to get a professionally developed website that had more advanced functionality. Given the technical coordination that was required, there was no way I would have been able to do on my own, and I would have been stressed trying to find the answers. It was only because of Loebig Ink that it turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. This experience has been extremely smooth and I grateful for everything that they did far above and beyond than what was technically their responsibility to make sure that everything worked smoothly. Excellent people, excellent service. Brian and his team are knowledgeable and willing to give the best advice for every situation. They are driven by their client's success not their bottom line. They'll work with you to creatively solve problems with reasonable options. If you need something they don't have, they'll find a person who can do it for you. Monthly SEO information is clear, concise, and understandable.
As a small business owners, we have a tendency to wear multiple hats and in many cases have to spend countless hours figuring things out. The best part of working with Loebig Ink and the team of developers is that they were there to problem solve. I wanted certain functionalities that required the integration of multiple external applications. Brian and his team handled multiple communications with Mailchimp (for example) to make sure everything worked perfectly. For once I did not have to waste precious time figuring it out! I also got very personalized service. Once the website was complete, I was given a thorough training, including screen print outs, a recording of the training, etc, so that I could move forward without a steep learning curve. And even after everything they responded to my questions.
They did remarkable follow-up after designing my site teaching me how to make changes. They even came up with ideas to make my website more desirable to visit and ways to market it in a very unique way.
The professionalism that Loebig Ink, LLC brings to every project and interaction is exceptional. Everyone who I've had contact with who works at Loebig Ink, LLC is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant and has made my experience one that has been quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend Loebig Ink, LLC for any product or service that I have checked off. Lastly, Brian Loebig who is the leader of this fine organization, is always available and responsive and a true pleasure and a treasure to work with.
