I tried for years to follow these internet advertising and development groups that try to get you to sign up for the perfect words and SEO and first page Google positions with absolutely no luck. The probelem has alwyas been the web site development and content. When I was introduced to OptFirst things started changing for my company and they changed rapidly. We are a start up education company with a very small niche of people in the laser world that need advanced education. Getting these new users of lasers in their offices to accept our training program over the big corporate programs was a real challenge. With the development and marketing that OptFirst with our web site and content we have in less than a year have all our classes full months in advance of the scheduled class. Eric and John are open to changes and we meet and talk often about new ideas that will improve our exposure and our service to our doctors who have come to our institute and those that have signed up to come. The best part is that our name is now known in the big educational circles. In fact we met with the President( at their request) of a billion dollar laser manufacturing company to discuss our teaching methods and curriculum. We are a small comapany with a big influence because we are now known. We have over 130 5 star *****reviews for our teaching program. I can't think of a single incident where I have asked for help or an idea that would enhance our exposure and service to our clients that haven't been meet with full force by OptFirst. For me its the support 24/7 that I like and that I can actually see the progress on a daily basis that our company has made in such a short period of time. This was totally unexpected. Their are a lot of "I think I can do this for you" companies but for me I was lucky to finally find OptFirst.
