  • Our company has had a long-term relationship with Emilio and Otter Creative Studio. Starting with our first website to creating and implementing a comprehensive SEO and online marketing program. They have grown our online presence through a constantly updated, streamlined and creatively designed website that is mobile-friendly and an SEO powerhouse. We are particularly excited about the Marketing Strategies that Otter Creative Studio has designed for us. It encompasses everything including SEO for optimum ranking, email and online ad campaigns, continual monitoring of marketing data and recommendations to constantly improve our results, social media, blogs, and automation of the processes to keep us growing with speed and efficiency. All of this works tremendously well due to the diligence, expertise, and trustworthiness that we have always experienced with Otter Creative Studio. We unreservedly recommend them for any online marketing and web designing projects.

  • Nothing at all. The company is exemplary. I can think of nothing negative

  • The learning curve for myself since I am somewhat technically challenged however Emilio is a born teacher and has a way of explaining things. He is patient and makes things much easier to understand without talking down to you. An admirable trait to me.

Overall Experience: My experience with Otter Creative ranges in 3 companies and nearly a decade. I continue to use Otter Creative Studios for the reason that: 1. They listen - 2. They communicate very well - 3. They execute on time/on budget - 4. Their pricing is very fair - 5. It is a U.S. based company - 6. The owner (Emilio) is an upstanding outstanding gentleman, family man, just the nicest person I have ever met and very reasonable and if anything goes wrong, he does not make up excuses or points finger - so many times, he has gone well beyond reasonable effort to fix matter that others screwed (when in one case, we had too many cooks in the kitchen). Simply putting it, if you want results from a great company that does a phenomenal job, is creative, gives positive comments and advises, this is the company I would recommend. I am a 3 time CLIENT.
