Pros:

  • The customer service and knowledge of our PM Software.
  • Their availability to answer questions, and most of all, their expertise!
  • The pro was the ability to find a solution to a very difficult problem. Optimum made my vision happen!
  • I loved the organization, the willingness to always help and solve the problem.

Cons:

  • If there were any issues, Britney resolved them quickly.
  • The management team wasn't very patient when updating the contracts/agreements.
  • I can't think of any CON, to be honest.
  • Sometimes it takes a really long time to get a problem solved. This may be because the problem is a little more complex but I expect them to know more than us.

Pros:
The team at Optimum is highly professional, responsive, and accommodating. I love that they treat every client as an individual and cater their engagements based on need. Definitely not a one size fits all operation.
Cons:
Honestly, not much to mention here. I wish Optimum was more flexible with engagement types and pricing. Sometimes we just need general consulting that is not project based and this can be challenging to negotiate within their engagement models (even though they did most times!).

Overall Experience: Britney Zientara with Optimum was essential in helping us onboard Clickup as a project management tool for achieving our strategic communications goals. Communications is so unlike many other departments in our field because we are regularly working on many short-term deadlines that require more fast-paced turn times and review processes. Clickup has allowed us to streamline these processes by quickly providing precise feedback and approvals while also building in a level of accountability and general awareness of projects and deadlines that is not possible through email, shoulder taps, and the many other ways project requests can be informally raised in the workspace. The mobile app is also a huge plus in making the platform accessible while we’re on the go. I cannot overstate the time and energy conserved and the efficiency created by our use of Clickup. This impact would not have been possible without the valuable training provided by Britney to ensure we understood the platform.

Effective help from a skilled team. To make the most of Smartsheet requires a skilled team to help put the right sheets and automations in place.

They created a project timeline with checkpoints through our the build out of our new intranet. Additionally, they scheduled training for all of our users and closed out implementation with a training manual that we still referred to now. Make sure to get support hours, they are very helpful for things out of your own scope.
