We hired VisualFizz to maintain and update our website. We recently completed a huge project where they revamped the Member Search feature. The project was very complex as we needed the search feature to have multiple functionalities. VisualFizz was extremely responsive to our needs, setting up as many meetings as necessary and working within our limited budget and time frame for completion of the project. They were at an extreme disadvantage as our previous vendor did not provide thorough documentation on the back end of our website. VisualFizz simultaneously built out the Search feature while creating documentation on our site for future projects. We are very happy with the end results.December 22, 2021

Pros:

  • We love the enthusiasm, quality of the content, and recommendations and direction for our social presence. They were a great team to work with!

  • Their responsiveness, attentiveness and great sense of creativity - which has given me a big leg up on brand awareness

  • The VisualFizz team was very personable and helpful when I needed consultation on Social Media and PPC advertising. Their model is in-tune with what I was looking for and they’ve got an experienced team. I like the size of the company because it still feels ‘boutique’ to me.

  • From the first conversation with VirtualFizz we were impressed. Their knowledge and research done in our field allows us to quickly and affordably go to market and test a few digital initiatives. They continue to "Wow" us and provide analytics supporting what we are seeing with increased traffic and conversions online.

Cons:

  • Writing and SEO was great, image and provided graphics quality didn't match the quality of everything else.

  • So far, everything was gone well in my experience with VisualFizz

  • We're only a few months into our relationship, as off now there are no issues.

  • As mentioned, everything went quite well with VisualFizz. I did work with them on a mainly consultative manner, so the budget on the project was not enormous.

Overall Experience: Hired VisualFizz to help streamline the PR/Marketing for a few barbershops and hair product company I own- the brands were disoriented, unconnected, and not rating high on SEO, etc. VisualFizz came up with a scope of work that was focused on the critical tasks and delivered right on what was promised. They've redesigned our websites, ensured our keywords on the sites and on Google Adwords were set up to maximize ROI, and expanded our marketing to other channels that has increased both our top and bottom lines more than I had expected. Highly recommend VisualFizz!

Overall Experience: We enlisted VisualFizz to produce a :15 TV commercial to promote a new special exhibition at our nonprofit museum. They were quick to provide us with a timeline, clearly communicated with our team through the entire project, and were very respectful and amenable to our notes throughout the creative process.
