We’ve worked with Catalyst for about three years and they’ve been a really great partner at every step of the way. We initially hired the team to establish/improve our position as a value-added brand with consumers. That meant refreshing all of our brand materials and documentation. They built a new (very cool) website for us that helped reinforce those changes and launch our social media channels. Overall Experience: We've worked with 1205 Marketing for a number of years and they are an invaluable extension of our in-house marketing team. They bring a wealth of expertise, creativity and proven strategies that help us effectively reach and engage our key audiences. Like so many organizations, in 2020 we had to make a very quick and deliberate pivot to offer all our programming virtually. Overall Experience: We’ve been working with 1205 for a little over a year now with two of our restaurant brands (4 locations total) and overall it has been a great experience. They produce our content and manage our organic and paid social media. 1205 has a great system in place; they are on top of everything and we can always count on them being very responsive and taking immediate action when needed. They are transparent, communicate effectively, help us navigate all problems that arise, and are fun to work with. They are communicative, responsive, and will hold your hand when necessary to get you the best possible service for your needs. Overall Experience: We’ve been working with 1205 for about two years and it’s been a great experience all the way around. We first brought their team on to manage social media marketing for our local Seattle chapter of First Tee but they’ve since helped us with a number of marketing-related issues, from online advertising to strategy and content.
