  • All people spoken to were knowledgeable professional and open and honest. The information given was simple, efficient, and very helpful. You just get a good feeling of people, and these guys know how to have a discussion, not a sales pitch.

  • Effective communication, knowledgeable people, quick turnaround

  • Professional and responsive team. Always are sending to you the new proposals and are updating according to you everything that you asked.

Cons:

  • None! 5 Stars - they are a great company with a fast paced approach to the ever changing digital world. You will not be dissapointed.

  • Hmm, for untrained marketing people its quite complex to understand at first, but even that became simple as they made the process easier at a moments notice.

  • Not the cheapest agency out there, but I have noticed that you get what you pay for

  • Not one thing comes to mind. The team was always highly responsive, finished each project on time and in a clean manner. Set expectations properly. Made solid recommendations in scoping phase of projects. Executed well all-around. We have worked with other agencies, and the difference was clear with Digitawise.

Pros:
The whole team at Digitawise is very talented, creative and fun to work with. I have always had professional experiences. A big part of my companies growth came from our partnership. I appreciate that I was always able to get a hold of someone on the team, even late at night. As a small business owner, things don’t always happen 9-5. I found great value in being able to reach the team outside of everyone else’s normal business hours.
Cons:
I have nothing to add here. Digitawise was always honest and professional, and they cared about our success. It’s rare these days to find a vendor who cares more about the relationship than selling me things I don’t need.

Overall Experience: I work with Digitawise for all of my SAAS web platform maintenance and development. As the owner of an established brand, I cannot afford to have niggly issues persist and harm user experience. Digitawise fixes issues quickly and gets us back up and running in no time. They make my life easier, and put me at ease, as I know that any issues that come up and that are out of my own understanding, I can pass along to them for quick resolution.
