Overall Experience: This was such an informative session. I've attended similar events in the past, but the emphasis has always been on selling and self-promotion, or how to get more likes and followers, whereas, Jay emphasized the importance of listening to and engaging with our audience(s) to find out what THEY want. The content on Indirect Conversion Flow was a bit hard to follow, but this didn't take away from the overall experience. I can honestly say that after the past two days with Jay, I definitely feel more confident about my approach to social media marketing , and I'm excited to put into practice what I've learned.
