Pros:

  • Media Jet was clear on the outcome of their services and helped me every step of the way. Amazing team and customer service. Even though it's a small team, they act as a 100 people agency.

  • Media Jet's account management is always on top of things! They promptly reply and always have the solution or answer to my inquiry.

  • Working with Media Jet has felt like having an in house marketing team. They helped me take my language schools socials to a new level. Thanks guys!

  • I'm an owner of a local coffee shop and really have no clue what I'm doing on social media. I came across Media Jet while looking for an agency that could help me with revamping our Instagram and Facebook to position ourselves for growth on social media and eventually lead to customers into our shop. The result? Astounding! These guys are mega!! They completely transformed my company on the digital frontier and now we get a huge amount of website traffic through our Instagram page, resulting in new customers coming in everyday that otherwise wouldn't have known about this. It's funny how many people mention our IG as I'm whipping up their latte's. These guys cracked the code. They crush it.

Cons:

  • They are a small team so sometimes meeting in person is hard, but we use Skype and other ways to talk about projects.

  • I only had positive experiences with Media Jet Marketing, therefore I cannot answer this question at this time. They responded to all of my questions with a very professional response.

  • Not much negative comments to speak of. They even had a parking lot available to us when we met up at their agency for our consultation. In Venice? That doesn't happen.

  • Nothing the entire experience was great and I will continue to work with them

Pros:
I feel extremely taken care of at Media Jet. As a client, you consistently feel like your project is their top priority. And with every email, phone call and in person meeting, their enthusiasm to deliver results is highly apparent. Everyone who I have personally interacted with at Media Jet has been nothing short of approachable, friendly and undeniably professional throughout the process of building out my beautiful new e-commerce website and social platforms.
Cons:
I was initially worried that being their first client in the womens apparel industry would pose a challenge, but after our first intake meeting my worries dissolved as they has so many great ideas for how to reach my audience. I felt very confident and it was clear that before our meeting they had not only done ample research on my brand, but my competitors in the same field as well. This meant not a lot of time was wasted playing catch up and everyone was on the same page from the get go.

Pros:
I loved how the team worked! In my experience for the services that they were providing to me, it all started very smoothly and I got my own account manager! I would talk to her all the time and check in with her to see updates on my Instagram and Facebook accounts. They grew me really big on Instagram and actually helped me get an awesome video fro my page. Best agency I've dealt with and I'm going to work with them as long as my business is alive.
Cons:
While I was trying to refer some of my friends to Media Jet Marketing, they said that it was pretty hard to get in contact with them, I'm not sure why this happened but I just told my friends to DM them on instagram, so as soon as they did that. It was a quick response from there!
