Pros:

  • Sinoun understood the concepts that we desired for our websites and she executed them perfectly.

  • Sinoun created an awesome website for me! We talked through templates/formats for the site and what would best meet my business needs. She tirelessly dialogued with me about the look and feel of the site and helped me to choose the perfect images.

  • She was always responsive and walked me through any questions I had.

Cons:

  • Learning the back end of the website was a little difficult - but I know that she will be easily accessible for any questions I may have.

  • There was really nothing I didn't like. Sinoun has a great disposition and is a great teacher too. She will walk you through every step. At the time we started working together I didn’t have a lot of content so she gently guided me to the perfect solution for my business and one that would allow me to grow into the site by adding more content once created. Once completed, she showed me how to access the site to make changes on my own and offered me the option to have her add or revise information for a reasonable fee. Sinoun is extremely professional and did a fantastic job developing my site. Love Shiftweb and my site!

Overall Experience: Before I found ShiftWeb, I felt defeated and exhausted. The previous web design company I worked with was not able to deliver and I felt incredibly discouraged. When I first found ShiftWeb online, I admit that their simple, but beautiful website gave me a boost of energy. I felt connected to ShiftWeb’s mission and I LOVED the presentation of their services. If I was going to love their website that much, I wonder what they could do for me… so I decided to schedule a call. Scheduling that phone call with Sinoun was one of the best things I could’ve done for my business. Sinoun took so much time to explain the process and what to expect. Through the time with working with ShiftWeb, they repeatedly exceeded my expectations - it was a world of difference from the previous company I worked with. Overall Experience: Our family business was in need of an overhaul if were to survive covid-19 and my son suggested that we move 90% of our services online. We knew our SEO and design were terrible, but never bothered to redesign since word-of-mouth kept our sales at an even clip and we had gotten stuck in the "if it isn't broke, why fix it?" mentality. My son found ShiftWeb and Sinoun was amazingly impressive and professional right from the start. She explained in detail why we should redesign the site to make it more intuitive and customer-friendly, how SEO affects sales, and how these things and more would allow our business to survive the pandemic. Not only is she reasonably priced, she's super responsive (I've accidentally deleted pages trying to update my site and she's fixed my mess more than once and very quickly).
