They create engaging content that we used in every aspect of our marketing. We used the videos they produced in our social media and digital marketing.   • Easy back and forth communication with Jamie and team. Thrilled with the final product, and the mutual dedication to getting it right.

Cons:

  • We've worked on multiple projects together and never had an issue.

  • They could improve on project management (e.g. sticking to timelines, providing frequent updates)

  • They were great to work with. Absolutely no problems.

  • Working across time zones – but internally, we improved our approval process in order to communicate to Remedy Films during normal working hours. Easy fix.

Professional quality to videos – the direction made our talent (though not all were initially comfortable in front of cameras) to come alive and come off as engaging, natural speakers.
Cons:
During the editing process, we realized there were a few ideas we proposed that Remedy could not execute on due to budget. Maybe there is a way to communicate more specific expectations / constraints about editing options at the beginning of the creative ideation process.

Overall Experience: After attending a fundraiser event that featured a video produced by REMEDY Films, I was excited to talk with them about a project at the college where I work. The quality of the video shown at the event was creative and compelling, and captured the very essence of the subject matter being conveyed. That’s exactly what I was seeking for our college project that would highlight our students of the year and instructors of the year. REMEDY quickly got to work compiling information provided to them to write scripts and make plans for the day of the video shoot, all while working on our tight timeline. The process was seamless. Pros:
Jamie and his team are consummate professionals- they really work with us to understand the objectives of a client / campaign over and above the tactical parts of a video production project to make sure they are delivering the most impactful end product. In addition, aside from always have the latest equipment and an incredibly hard-working / grateful crew, they are just really fun to work with - and that goes a long way on set.
Cons:
I don't like the fact that I don't get to work with them enough. In all honesty, I've gotten to work with Remedy on probably a dozen projects over the last couple of years and wish I could utilize them more often.

Overall Experience: We partnered with Remedy on a series of instructional / tutorial videos at the end of 2019. From the jump, the Team was outstanding to work with - thorough, thoughtful and flexible. In the days and weeks leading up to the shoot they provided valuable guidance on script development, set design, overall format, etc. We always felt like we were in good hands - but it was very clear that was the case when shooting officially kicked off. Form Factory is a fantastic venue, Remedy's set was perfection, the technology was impressive and the professionalism of the entire crew was on-point. We are grateful for their partnership. Most importantly, our videos were beautiful.

After consulting with other companies with the intention of finding the best branding business, Remedy was, without a debt the best choice.
