Pros:

  • Symboliq was able to translate our ideas and vision into corporate branding and an interactive, functional website that stands out from the rest.

  • Randy just gets it. Kind-hearted and competent.

  • They are proactive, creative, and vested in client results.

  • How Randi developed a team to bring out the best quality for their customers web design.

Cons:

  • There was some transition with their team members during our build which made knowing who to contact difficult at times, but Randy was always responsive and made sure things stayed on track

  • I'm not aware of anything Symboliq Media could have done better.

  • Can't think of one. Maybe that they should have more services they can provide like SEO.

  • Nothing comes to mind, their detail and open communication was spot on.

Overall Experience: What an incredible organization! The team of professionals at Symboliq created a website for me that I love… They took the time to listen to my ideas, create art out of them, and bring them to life through feedback and adjustments. Every member of the Symboliq team (especially Randy, Rob, and Jen) is a GREAT listener, and they are enjoyable to do business on a personal level. Their charity work and Veteran-Friendly practices and policies are highly impressive as well. I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere other than Symboliq for these reasons. Great Service, Professional Work, Fun to hang out with, Veteran-Friendly… My question is… Why is the maximum allowable number of stars on this review capped at 5?!?! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
