Tech Heights has been our company's exclusive IT service provider for all six of our branches for the past 6 years. Our particular industry has very stringent compliance requirements, which they have always been able to stay on top of. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they take the time to think outside the box to resolve any technical issues we have. Their response time is excellent, and I personally enjoy working with the entire team, particularly Jake, Oni, Jovan, Mike, and Shuchipan. Overall Experience: We hired TechHeights to take over our IT services since we are not experts and realized that we needed professionals. They now handle all of our IT support requests but also helped us add some Cybersecurity measure to better protect our network and users. They are easy to work with and extremely responsive. Every time I've called them, someone answered the phone. I've never had to wait in a queue or leave a message. I would highly recommend them.

Overall Experience: TechHeights has been our MSP for several years. Shuchipan Sharma and his team have been incredibly helpful and communicative in setting me up our Cloud infrastructure.
