Pros:

  • Kendrick was super easy to work with. He clearly has experience, because he was able to adapt to a challenging work environment at my CEA (Controlled Environment Agriculture) facility.

  • They really asked thought-provoking questions to help us really paint the picture and the story we wanted to have told. We thought we wanted some videos. Instead, we got brand stories that are incredible.

  • They were highly flexible in how we both paid for and scheduled shooting time for a brand video happening in 2024. This flexibility allowed us to focus on other priorities and be ready whenever one of our clients has a window for Vertical River to film in.

  • I strongly resonate with their mission of supporting individuals and organizations striving to make a positive impact in the world, which was the primary reason for choosing to partner with them.

Cons:

  • Nothing comes to mind. I'm happy with everything.

  • They did a fantasic job all around. If there would be anything I could say could be better would be the ability to manage our YouTube channel, maintain it and create content to keep it fresh with out me having to really worry about that. I hope that's a service they offer in the future.

They are extremely flexible and accommodating while working within our often aggressive schedules, guiding us through several revisions and a script change or two.
