Pros:

  • The pricing was reasonable and good. As well as being very experienced in what they do.

  • I love the customer service and the attention to detail. Whatever I put forth they were able to create in a timely manner. Rumana Is very customer service oriented. She made sure that I was happy throughout the entire process.

Cons:

  • There was nothing I didn’t like. It’s no least at there job

  • I always appreciate when someone who is head of their industry to give me input and feedback about my choices of design and layout. I think I would’ve really appreciated that.

Overall Experience: Rumana is communicative and great at what she does. The flows that were created through Klaviyo are extremely intricate. Additionally, she was always happy to fix any errors or small changes we wanted to make. Her team is quite talented as well, especially with design.
