NorthstarPMO was selected as a fractional HR service as my replacement as I tranisiton to retirement. I have been an HR department of one person for about 10 years. We wanted a service that would be able to provide 52 week service. This is difficult to do with only 1 person. Also, with the average time in a position being 2-3 years, we wanted to safeguard against having 4 to 8 weeks without HR representation during transisitons. With NorthstarPMO, we clicked all of the checkboxes. From the initial introduction call, to signing the agreement, to transitioning the work, NorthstarPMO has be fantastic. The staff are polite, energetic and knowledgeable. We are now about a month into the service and we could not be happier.May 5, 2023

Overall Experience: Northstar is excellent and I would recommend them. They are thoughtful, kind, and responsive.
