Pros:

  • Jemsu is a fantastic group of professionals. Every time we have a question, concern, or a task, Rianne always gets back to us so quick. Joelle and Dally are the best at social media marketing.

  • It was a very personalized service. Our package was tailored to our needs and the company was responsive to our changing business climate

  • The time the team spent getting to know me and the message I’m conveying.

Cons:

  • There was a point when our account was given to another account rep who did not put any time or attention to our marketing. We saw no social media management or SEO management during that time. It was very disappointing.

  • There’s nothing I like the least about Jemsu. They have done everything We’ve asked them to in a timely manner

  • The technical stuff!! But that’s why I worked with you in the 1st place.
