Following our rebrand, DFW IT Partner designed and developed a WordPress website for us from scratch. They used the files that our branding agency provided us as a starting point and delivered a product that made us stand out from our competitors. They integrated the site with our HubSpot instance as well as the other third-party tools that we’re using. We started the engagement by showing DFW IT Partner our competitors’ websites. After that, they conducted market research and analyzed our brand to understand what we do as a company. They then worked with us on the wireframes. We had quite a few iterations through the wireframing stage. Once the wireframes were signed off, we then went into the development phase. Their DFW IT Partner director took control of the site going live and managed the transition because they're also going to be hosting our website. Additionally, they also did post-live testing to make sure that the site works in all formats. Additionally, DFW IT Partner is also handling our SEO efforts to make sure that our site is optimized.October 6, 2023

Pros:

  • Thanks to DFW IT Partner's help, we were able to automate the invoicing process. We obtained a solution that brought our two systems together and revolutionized a cumbersome procedure. This allowed us to allocate the time and resources saved to tasks that are more engaging and impactful in terms of business development. The software was delivered quickly - the whole development process took a month, due to the great work done by the DFW developers, and also thanks to the strong commitment from our side. We received a complete system tailored to our requirements, additionally improved by the feedback of the developers we worked with. Although we knew exactly what we needed, enhancements were suggested, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on our business.

  • Our expectations were surpassed by DFW IT Partner, who did an excellent job assisting us in developing our first mobile application. Without them, of course, we could not have completed this.

  • I’m most impressed with DFW IT Partner’s cost-effectiveness and transparency. Pros:
I’m not a design person, but The DFW IT Partner’s team is skilled at asking the correct questions to elicit the information they need. They created a design that captured my descriptions that were far from how designers talk to one another. The site needed to be professional enough for the business leaders but not so cold as to turn away community engagement. The DFW IT Partner translated our conversations around this topic into a high-quality design. They also built a website that can grow with our organization without breaking the bank. Frank put all the backend architecture to ensure we can be where we want to be 12 and 18 months down the road.
