Vcall Global has come across as a breath of fresh air for our telecom business. We had some serious issues with our customer support because we were finding it hard to keep our best employees. So, we decided to outsource to Vcall Gloabal. The results have been good from the get go. The level of customer service is definitely as per our expectation.
