We started working with Sean and his iLocal Hero team over two years ago, our first project was to develop a Real Estate website that showcases luxurious and exclusive properties in Costa Rica. Pros:

  • By far the easiest and most honest team i have worked with in regards to SEO, website build, google, etc.

  • They provided additional marketing material than what was on our working contract.

  • Their ability to explain and support me on challenging business issues related to SEO and Social Media.

  • The biggest benefit to working with iLocalHero is their understanding of how their activity tie into all of the other business activities in a holistic way. They focus on driving revenue and profitability, not just marketing metrics.

Cons:

  • I mean this honestly, there are no cons, they are amazing.

  • I had to say several times that I wanted marketing materials to center people of color and of various shapes and sizes.

  • We are pleased that they continue to simplify the generated data into actionable dashboards. These tools are invaluable for making informed business decisions and allocating resources effectively.

  • Had a better idea of all the services they offered from Day 1.

Overall Experience: I had been frustrated with some previous marketing and design agencies I had hired, and only when I was referred to iLocalHero from someone I trusted did I begin to see things get to a better place with my site. iLocalHero fixed so many errors, structural issues, and design flow problems, as well as finally got SEO into a better place using the most cutting edge practices (very cool design ideas as well to add more SEO text without making the site look messy). I had originally only planned on an initial bundle with this company, but was so impressed with the work that I continued into future phases (Google ads, additional content strategy, and more). They communicate well, and I feel like I'm finally in good hands. Wish I had found this company in the very beginning, but alas...

Overall Experience: ILocalHero is the best decision I have ever made for my private practice therapy business. Everyone at the company is compassionate, professional, and hard working. Both Sean and Jose (the founders) are incredible about breaking things down so I am able to understand them. My private practice went from "very part time" to a full time endeavor.
