Pros:

  • The team you are assigned is consistent in headcount, always learning ,tenacious in solutioning the issues, patient and takes it as a mission to ensure execution is optimal in quality.

  • I love how they communicate every aspect of our ongoing projects. I know daily where we stand on all of our projects.

  • Effective, efficient and collegial. Met on Zoom weekly for detailed discussion. Provided daily updates on email. Wide range of project tasks, seamlessly integrated.

  • Chetu was easy to work with because they maintained open lines of communications and most times had answers to questions that were yet anticipated.

Cons:

  • The Chetu team needs to be more vocal with their accomplishments ,for they are many and their results are measured by my clients willingness to continue to provide them with more work. They are good people to know as individuals for their values are lived within their work.

  • None. The do everything I have asked from them.

  • No real issues. We were in different time zones, but the team was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule Zooms.

  • Chetu was slightly late on delivery but that can be attributed to us changing our vision for the project.

Overall Experience: Our goal was to update our Software as a Service product, as well as the marketing and sales websites for it. Chetu had the fully array of talent and skills we needed, and the management team clearly understood our goals and needs and kept their team on track. This ranged from simpler web-site design to the more challenging steps of migrating our proprietary software into the Cloud. So happy we found Chetu!
