We are more than pleased with the work DM Digital has produced for us so far. When we came to them 6 months, ago, we had a decent ad budget and a goal we thought would be difficult to reach. The team at DM Digital worked with us very closely to understand our audience as well, if not better, than we did ourselves. They were quick to get our first ad campaign up and running and within the first week, our ROI was nearly 50% better than any of our previous campaigns had been. In the time since that first campaign, we have doubled our monthly ad budget and increase our ROI to over 500%! DM Digital has been excellent at creating custom audiences for us, reducing our abandoned cart rate, minimizing our overall costs, and not only improving our average transaction value, but increasing sales among all of our product lines. Overall Experience: I was struggling to create a low-cost Facebook Ad campaign for my ecommerce site.
