We signed our agreement with Reliable Technology Services in July 2018. Our project included all new cabling throughout our offices and manufacturing plant, Cisco network switches, new Cisco firewall, web filter, new UPS devices for severs, backup software for the servers and 16 new desktops configured and data migrated. This was a huge undertaking we have never experienced prior. Jason and his team were excellent to work with, very courteous and professional. Reliable worked within the time frame that was outlined and the project was completed on time. The difference between our prior IT services and Reliable is unbelievable. Reliable has done such an amazing job in getting everything switched out and moved to a new environment with very little down time. When we need any type of service, we put in a ticket and we get an immediate response. We had not worked with a customer service ticket environment before, but have been very surprised how well this system has worked for us. We have been assigned a team member that has been with us since the project began, they know the system in and out and are able to handle any situation that has arisen. I would highly recommend Reliable Internet Services. Based upon our previous IT support, Reliable has saved us time and money. Overall Experience: As a small immigration firm, we are in need of timely, competent support as well as confidence in the security of our data. Reliable has given us peace of mind and confidence in our day to day operations. We cannot say enough good things about how our IT systems have functioned since we began working with them. They truly understand being a small business with complex technological needs. When the pandemic hit, we were already set up with solutions that could adapt and did not miss a single business day transitioning; but rather were able to continue to function in trying times with all the security and IT stability necessary. It is rare when we have to submit a trouble ticket, but when we do so, they are not only assigned promptly, but resolved without delays. In sum, Jason and his staff are the best group of IT professionals I've had the privilege to work with.
