Overall Experience: WOW24-7 provides us with a full customer support service. A team of five agents manages our customer service by replying to our clients’ inquiries on live chat, social media and email. Besides providing information about our product, the agents handle any issues related to damages and delivery. They communicate directly with our print labs. So whenever there is a problem with an order they contact the lab and tackle the issue pretty quickly. The agents have been very professional and serious in terms of dedication and commitment to providing customer service in the most efficient way possible. Whenever we ask them to do more than was originally required of them they agree without any hesitation. We have been very satisfied with them.
