SocialSurge created a new website for our non-profit. Working with the staff to explain what the requirements were, providing some high level thoughts on what we were looking for was very easy. They were able to provide a beautiful site that was easy to navigate and matched what we were looking for. I couldn't believe what was delivered based on the initial discussion of requirements. They were also very good at helping with content. They were easy to work with a delivered a great site in a short amount of time. When we request updates they are completed within 24 hours. Overall Experience: Eric and Kevin have been working with myself and my partner since our business was just an idea. When we started working on the website together I realized very quickly that if I had tried to create the website myself. We would have ended up with a terrible website at best! Eric and Kevin did an amazing job capturing the look and feel we wanted for our customers when they visited our page. They helped create very specific pages and content for us, that helps separate us from our competition. Eric and Kevin communicated in a timely and professional manner no matter the problem. Whether the website was acting up at 9pm or answering my annoying questions at 7am they respond in a timely fashion with an answer/solution or a plan to find one.
