This company was paid over $300,000 to provide tax services and financial services for my growing business. What I found is that vendors were not issued 1099s, federal and state tax returns were not filed with our EIN, and state and federal agencies have no records of our business dealings. Additionally, we had state tax liens my new CPA had to identify and fix and we face huge penalties for the negligence of this firm. They were paid to do a job and failed to provide services as agreed. Their billing practices are unprofessional in my opinion, at best. This is a huge violation of public trust and not what I would expect in a licensed certified public accountant. I'm also filing a very detailed complaint with the Georgia Board of Accountancy. In my opinion, Victor Delerme comes across smooth, but is truly a passive aggressive leader of a pact of uneducated and unprepared employees that are unresponsive and unable to deliver tasks, assignments and paid work products as agreed. Resolution for me would be a complete refund, there is no way I would ever trust this team to deliver anything of integrity or value for my personal or business needs.
