Pros:

  • We just started using Steps Marketing last month and wow, I wish we would have started using them a while back. They are responsive, listen to us, meet our needs and provide us with excellent service.

  • The level of professionalism that the Steps Marketing team exhibits is what keeps us working with them. The last website redesign turned out exceptionally and has really brought our web presence into modern standards. We have also asked Steps Marketing to create a custom web application that has given us the opportunity to take on more clients and rapidly expand sales. We would never have been able to achieve our success without Steps Marketing.

  • Steps Marketing listened to exactly what I wanted, and over delivered. They have created some amazing marketing for our team and I love everything they do!

Cons:

  • We had some missteps in our Google AdWords campaign. The products and services that we supply our clients are not well suited to this marketing strategy. During the course of developing the campaign there was some lack of communication from Steps Marketing that was somewhat frustrating.

  • I honestly can't say anything bad. So far our experience has been fantastic!

  • There was nothing that I liked least.... except I wish I found them sooner.
