Pros:

  • They answer their phone! I can always talk to a real person and never have to go through a phone tree!!

  • Helpside's employees are very nice and responsive.

Cons:

  • So far we have had no real issues. I dont want to make up a con just to fit a character limit

  • Occasionally, I have received an incorrect answer from Helpside.
