  • One tech, Matt, in particular was amazing. He know right away what the problem was and resolved it. He not only fixed the problem, was pleasant and kind.

  • I don’t have any relevant experience with PCA, where I feel they could have done better.

  • It took me three tries to get someone to help me. Matt helped me instantly. all techs are not the same and not all have the same skill level to be able to help.

Overall Experience: I want to thank MATT for assisting me with opening an important time-sensitive document that was sent to me from CMS on a disc. I could not open the document on the disc. I explained the issue and he was able to extract the file using the password I was provided by CMS. He was the 3rd person over a span of two days that I have asked for help. No one else was able to assist me. My issue has been resolved. Thanks Matt – you’re amazing!"

Overall Experience: The PCA Tech Group guys are very responsive and always solve my issues in a timely matter. As soon as I called yesterday they were already aware of the problem within my organization. They took all of my information and let me know that a tech was on his way to try to fix the problem onsite, at my company. I was eventually notified by my company that the server was fixed. A little while later I received a call from PCATG ensuring that I knew everything was up and running and to ensure I wasn't having any other issues.
