Pros:

  • Knowledge of the sales team and what I actually needed to complete my goal, vs. what I thought when I initially contacted them.

  • It is incredibly easy and fulfilling as my video editing expertise is being implemented to help businesses large and small.

Cons:

  • From my first experience with them, not much to improve on, just wished I had known about them last year.

  • No cons at this time. Sometimes, the workload can be a bit small, though this is largely due to client availability and when they need services to be fomented and delivered.

Overall Experience: I own two companies, one being an athletic training company and the other being a dog service provider, both of which needed promo videos and TONS of content for social media. Momentum360 came out to BOTH locations around Philadelphia in the same week I requested services and returned the edited assets by the end of the week. It was seamless and professional. I'll be using them again. And in the future, when we have physical locations, we'll absolutely be requesting virtual tours from them as well.
