Pros:

  • They actually find performance problems and coach us for better results

  • Responsiveness and attention to detail were excellent.

  • Total professionals who get PPC like few agencies do. No BS, no nickel and diming, all about ROI.

  • The team at Titan PPC are extremely knowledgable. They've got their craft down to a science and have a demonstrated ability to get insane conversion rates with bespoke landing pages for clients. On top of that, they're just a great group. Super friendly, open and welcoming. Such a nice combo given that they're so good at what they do.

Cons:

  • No direct dial numbers to account managers. Have these would make for even tighter communications.

  • I wish that they had a slightly larger set of service offerings, including Google Shopping support

  • Not much at this point having known Titan PPC for 2 years.

  • Nothing bad to say about Titan PPC. Overall I think they are the best out of any other.

Pros:
The team at Titan PPC are extremely knowledgable. They've got their craft down to a science and have a demonstrated ability to get insane conversion rates with bespoke landing pages for clients. On top of that, they're just a great group. Super friendly, open and welcoming. Such a nice combo given that they're so good at what they do.
Cons:
Hardly worth writing here as they always make the trip into the city to visit us, but the one time we went to see them their office was a trek! Though it was our call to head out there and visit them on their own turf. Worth the trip. It's a great office.

They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have and act on them right away to ensure everything is running smooth and as it should be. They always have the time to respond to my emails and get things done. They work hard at making sure I am happy with the service I am paying them for.

Nothing I can say that I like least about this company. They are very tentative to my needs. They work hard to make sure that they answer any questions that I may have and are always quick to reply to any request that I have.

Pros:
Titan PPC has been great from day one. The initial emails back and forth prior to doing business with Titan PPC were filled with all the requested information that we requested and needed. Patrick has been very active with our accounts, when ever we have questions he always has an answer and solution with a very quick response time.
