Pros:

  • They are good at media buying, but focus way too much on ROA which is not indicative of a good ad campaign.

  • They had a great website and case studies

  • Their videos made it seem like they knew what they were doing, terribly inexperienced staff. Late to respond, very frustrating.

Cons:

  • They need a more knowledgeable staff and should work on not being spiteful to previous business owners.

  • Not easy to work with, not professional, messed up our ads and targeting.

  • Almost all of it, I feel like I got completely ripped off.

Overall Experience: Banch is good at media buying in the beginning, but in the end you’re left on your own with a “team” that does not work to push your brand forward. In addition to this, if you give them ample notice that you won’t be working with them next cycle, they delete ads that you have running while you’ve already paid for your cycle. A spiteful, mediocre company. BEWARE!

Overall Experience: Not a great experience. The founder didn't know what they were doing when it came to our facebook ads. They have a great site, do not be misled, their staff is uninformed and not professional. Very frustrating.
