They took what was initially a convolution of quick-fixes from previous developers and relaid the groundwork, finally giving us the ability to create the site with the features we originally envisioned. The Materialize team is reliable, responsive, and highly capable. They are so easy to work with and have made this project an amazing and stressless experience.February 21, 2019

  • Materialize is highly communicative in their process and extremely efficient in delivery. Their work from UX to code is exceptional and thoughtful, resulting in long-term solutions that we can actually build from. In particular, Materialize considers both customer and client (us) usability. They deploy new features that look amazing on the frontend of the site, while also streamlining the processes in the backend so that our team can handle much of it in-house moving forward. The level of support, forethought, and transparency that Materialize offers has truly revitalized this project.

  • Materialize provided clear communication and project management to get my project done on time. They clearly are experts in their field and helped guide me towards the best solutions for building my product.

  • Materialize is a very friendly team that is easy to communicate with and they deliver exceptional work. They hit deadlines and provide advice at every stage of the project. We appreciate their proactiveness and their ability to understand exactly what we want.

  • They weren't able to provide a cost estimate in the very beginning but were able to provide one after understanding the full scope of the project.

We have had bad experiences with designers and developers in the past and it was a breath of fresh air to work with individuals who are passionate about their craft. Pros:
I loved the response time and the attention to detail. Materialize really paid attention to all of the requirements I gave them. I also liked that they were based in the same city as me.
Cons:
What I didn't like is that they didn't offer logo design, I had to use another service for that, but it didn't pose a problem.

Overall Experience: I needed a website to be created quickly for a major event in Los Angeles. Materialized did everything: the design, setup, hosting, SEO and created content. I was very satisfied with the turnaround time and they were available at all hours of the day, answering all of my questions and usually responding within 20 minutes of my email. I will use them again for my next event.
